Direct drive on all four rollers with gear motors. This improves the possibility for regulating
the application of adhesive, and consequently ensures a better quality.
Has quick-change of applicator rollers, increasing the efficient production time considerably.
Built-in spring relief between rollers to secure against overload of the rollers.
The dosing rollers are prepared for mounting of rotary couplings for connection to cooling
equipment.
Adjustment of the machine is done quickly and accurately using hand wheel with numeric
indicator scale ensuring identical settings every time.
Stainless steel has been used for components that have contact with the adhesive,
e.g. dosing rollers, flanges, shaft ends, in-/outlet rollers and drip tray.
Equipped with powered inlet and outlet rollers that may be dismounted.
Motorised adjustment of height. The height is indicated in the display.
