4-roller dosing applicator

Type CN 81

  • Powered adhesive applicator rollers Ø170 – 0.75 kW
  • Dosing rollers are made of stainless steel. They are friction-driven with contact to the
    applicator rollers, preventing build-up of adhesive that may harden or exceed pot life
    before application to work piece.
  • Dosing rollers are prepared for installation of rotary couplings for connection to cooling
    equipment.
  • Adjustment of thickness of work piece is done quickly and accurately using hand wheel
    with numeric indicator.
  • Dosing rollers are adjusted using handles with impact stop.
  • Equipped with 3 support rollers
