Type LMX for installation on applicator

  • The adhesive mixer is used for dynamic mixing of 2-component water-based adhesive.
  • Adhesive pump with fixed speed and hardening agent pump with variable speed ensure correct adjustment of mixing proportion.
  • The adhesive and the hardening agent are not in contact until they are mixed in the discharge funnel, where the mix is in two levels. The funnel and the mixer disc are Teflon coated and very easy to clean.
  • An efficient cleaning system makes cleaning simple and avoids waste of adhesive/hardening agent.
  • The LMX mixer is extremely simple to operate.
  • The LMX mixer has manual or automatic operation. Tubes and cam couplings for connection to container are included.
